This document describes how the personal assistant handles data. The application is used only by the owner of their own Google account.
Through the official Google APIs, the application accesses the owner's account data: email (Gmail — read-only access), as well as calendar, spreadsheets, and documents to the extent needed to prepare personal summaries and reminders.
Solely for the operation of the owner's personal assistant — preparing incoming email summaries and related materials. Messages are never modified, deleted, archived, or forwarded.
Data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes. Technical processing of content may be performed by third-party AI model services — solely on behalf of and in the interests of the account owner.
Data is processed on the owner's personal server, and only the owner has access to it.
Access can be revoked at any time on the page myaccount.google.com/permissions.
